Berlin, Shiftmove, a pioneer in digital fleet management, is continuing its growth - following the acquisition of French fleet management specialist Optimum Automotive - and is strengthening its management team with two proven experts. Olga Long (Vice President Operations) and Manuel Schuler (Vice President Customer Success) are taking on key roles to further integration and scaling efforts. With the combination of AI-supported fleet management software and intelligent telematics solutions, Shiftmove is revolutionising how companies manage the mobility of their employees, goods and services.

Growth through data intelligence: expansion in Europe

As part of Shiftmove’s European expansion and active M&A strategy, Olga Long takes over responsibility as Vice President Operations for the harmonisation of processes, systems and data - with the aim of ensuring seamless integrations and sustainable scalability. With over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, including at British Telecom, Vodafone, Dell Technologies, Long is a proven expert in scaling hardware and SaaS businesses. At Shiftmove, she will take sales and go-to-market strategies to the next level with a data-driven approach.

Shiftmove brings Manuel Schuler back: New momentum for customer success

After a one-year sabbatical, Manuel Schuler is returning to Shiftmove as Vice President Customer Success. From 2019 to 2023, he played a key role in building and leading the Customer Success team at Avrios - including the merger with Vimcar to form Shiftmove. Schuler brings fresh energy and new perspectives to further strengthen the team and the company's rapid growth in Europe. Prior to joining Avrios, Schuler worked as a procurement strategy expert at the management consultancy Efficio.

“We have a clear vision that more than one million vehicles will be managed using our cloud-based software solutions by 2027. With Olga and Manuel, we are gaining two outstanding leaders who will drive this vision forward with us and play a decisive role in shaping the growth of Shiftmove. Especially in economically challenging times, we are setting new standards in digital fleet management - so that companies can manage their mobility more intelligently, efficiently and sustainably,’ says Francine Gervazio, CEO of Shiftmove.

Shiftmove makes fleet management as simple and efficient as possible. With a combination of innovative software and telematics solutions, the company supports both small and medium-sized companies as well as large corporations - including DB Schenker, McMakler and flaschenpost.de - in managing their vehicle fleets more economically and ecologically. By automating time-consuming, manual processes and making targeted use of detailed data analyses, companies not only save costs and resources, but can also strategically plan the switch to alternative drive systems.
