We're seeking a dynamic VP of People & Culture to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee engagement, increasing managerial capability, and driving performance across the organization. As we continue to grow, both organically and through mergers and acquisitions, your expertise will be crucial in expanding and integrating our culture to ensure we are successful.
The Role
- Design and implement comprehensive strategies for employee engagement, talent development, and performance management.
- Lead the People function, encompassing recruitment, People Operations, Facilities and People Business Partners, to support our strategic objectives and growth.
- Partner with senior leadership to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the integration of our culture and values within the organization and through potential mergers and acquisitions, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment.
- Develop and implement People policies and practices that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Act as a mentor and coach to managers across the organization, enhancing their leadership capabilities and supporting their development.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles within the SaaS or software/tech industry, with a track record of managing comprehensive People/HR functions, including talent acquisition and operations.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive People initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in guiding organizations through growth phases, including mergers and acquisitions, is highly desirable.
- An advocate for change, with a flexible approach to managing challenges and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
- Deep commitment to our values, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve great things.
- Experience in PE or M&As is a plus!
